You might have heard of the discussion that we need more rules to protect the manatees against harassment. I’m really for it, but most of the complaints we have in the last years are about incidents where people violate existing rules, that are reported or filmed.
So instead of creating MORE laws, why not make sure the exiting ones are enforced and we all can go on and enjoy these beautiful creatures ?
